BI Analyst/Architect

The Business Intelligence Analyst/Architect is a key member of the technology team and serves as the Company’s BI Analyst.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Manager to lead our efforts in data management, analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate will serve as a thought leader, driving the development and execution of our business intelligence strategy to support organizational goals and objectives.

Key Objectives:

• Support technology and business intelligence teams in data integration, storage, reporting, analytics, monitoring, and compliance.
• Contribute to the information strategy for key data areas such as customer, finance, and marketing.
• Cultivate strong relationships with franchisees, offering creative and practical solutions to navigate challenges.
• Monitor changes in data technologies and identify opportunities for improvement and implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the full data and analytics lifecycle, serving as a business partner and mentor to the team.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging data to gain a competitive advantage, collaborating with leadership.
• Develop and execute the business intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor BI team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Own BI-related budgeting, planning, and procurement, including business case justifications.
• Oversee data integration processes to maintain a reliable data infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations and security standards.
• Drive support processes around data/BI platforms, focusing on continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Redshift, Snowflake, Tableau, etc.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, and data reconfiguration.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and security best practices.
• Track record of contributing to highly effective BI teams with a customer service mindset.
• Experience building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across departments.
• Depth of experience in implementing technology for efficient data loading and reporting capabilities, especially in metrics-driven environments.
