Job Details

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch behavioral analysis services to patients. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth.

As a BCBA, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

1. Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP).

2. Developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans and individualized treatment plans.

3. Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members in the implementation of behavior plans and interventions.

4. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and special educators, to ensure the highest quality of care.

5. Documenting and maintaining accurate records of patient progress and treatment.

6. Providing consultation and training to family members and caregivers to promote generalization of skills in different environments.

7. Staying updated on current research and evidence-based practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and incorporating these findings into treatment plans.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the BCBA position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

2. BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

3. Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services in a clinical or educational setting.

4. Proficiency in conducting FBAs and developing effective BSPs.

5. Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and practices in the field of ABA.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

8. BCBA-D certification is a plus, but not required.

9. A strong commitment to ethical standards and adherence to the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
