Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for bankruptcy law and business litigation? We are looking for a Permanent Bankruptcy Associate or Senior Counsel or Junior Partner to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and complex bankruptcy cases, providing strategic legal solutions to our esteemed clients. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, demonstrating strong research acumen, excellent communication skills, and a knack for managing complex case assignments.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Florida bar license
• 4+ years’ bankruptcy law practice experience
• Strong technological skills
• Superior research skills, including the use of online services, databases and the Internet
• Project management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
