The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed, accurate designs and plans for our construction projects using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

Responsibilities:
As an Auto CAD Drafter, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Generating comprehensive 2D and 3D CAD drawings for construction projects based on project specifications and requirements.

2. Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements and transform them into detailed technical drawings.

3. Utilizing Revit MEP to create detailed models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

4. Regularly reviewing and updating drawings and blueprints to reflect design modifications and changes.

5. Ensuring all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.

6. Maintaining an organized library of all project drawings and revisions for easy reference and retrieval.

7. Assisting in the resolution of any design-related issues that may arise during the construction process.

8. Providing technical support and guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders as required.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Auto CAD Drafter position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting, with a strong emphasis on the use of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

2. A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

3. Profound knowledge of architectural design, drafting techniques, and construction terminology.

4. Extensive experience in using Revit MEP for creating detailed models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

5. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.

8. A firm understanding of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

9. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. A proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
