Job Details
Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
Perform substantive and compliance testing, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Prepare audit workpapers, ensuring documentation is organized and thorough
Assist in the evaluation of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute audit engagements within established timelines
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries
Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or working towards CPA certification preferred
1-2 years audit experience
