As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for conducting various audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing strategic recommendations to improve financial performance. Responsibilities:

• Conducting financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management
• Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures
• Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders, including accounting teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
• Providing guidance and support to junior team members
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in audit, public accounting, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and auditing standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software
