We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Audit Senior to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 3+ years of experience in public accounting to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing audits, conducting risk assessments, designing audit strategies, and ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements. This role will also involve working closely with clients and teams to provide exceptional service and value.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage audits, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
3. Design and implement audit strategies that are tailored to our clients' needs and circumstances.
4. Work closely with clients to understand their business and provide them with valuable insights and recommendations.
5. Prepare and present audit reports, highlighting any issues or concerns and providing recommendations for improvement.
6. Supervise and mentor junior members of the audit team, providing them with guidance and support.
7. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and auditing standards, ensuring that our practices remain compliant.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience, preferably in an audit role.
3. Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
6. Experience in managing audits and conducting risk assessments.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in using accounting and auditing software.
9. CPA certification is preferred.
