We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Senior to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing various auditing projects within our organization. Responsibilities:

As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading and managing a diverse portfolio of audit assignments and ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Planning and executing financial and operational audits in accordance with US GAAS, GAAP, and PCAOB standards.
3. Conducting NFP and EBP audits and preparing detailed audit reports.
4. Performing Manufacturing Audits and 1095C Audits, identifying any areas of risk or non-compliance, and providing recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborating with other departments to enhance accounting procedures and internal controls.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current financial and accounting trends and regulations.
7. Providing assurance services and offering expert advice to management on financial reporting and regulatory compliance matters.
8. Training and mentoring junior audit staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance industry.
3. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
4. Proven experience in conducting NFP, EBP, and PCAOB audits.
5. Solid knowledge of US GAAS, GAAP, and other relevant accounting standards.
6. Familiarity with Manufacturing Audits and 1095C Audits.
7. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
10. Proficiency in using various accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
