Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the audit process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing guidance and support to the team. Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead financial statement audits for various clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and analyze audit risk areas
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members
• Collaborate with other teams to provide exceptional service to clients
• Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's client base

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA Certification is highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a public accounting or tax firm
• Master's Degree is a plus
• Strong understanding of Audit Accounting and financial statement audits
• Proven ability to manage and mentor staff members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with ProSystem Engagement is a plus
