Job Details

Responsibilities:
As an Audit Manager, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities that are crucial to our financial operations and compliance. These include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing the auditing process to ensure efficiency and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Managing a team of auditors, providing them with guidance, training, and support.
3. Ensuring all financial operations are transparent and align with company policies and standards.
4. Conducting risk assessments and implementing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
5. Preparing detailed reports on audit findings and presenting these to senior management.
6. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to improve financial processes and systems.
7. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing and implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

1. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the finance industry.
3. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
4. Extensive knowledge of auditing principles and practices, as well as laws and regulations related to the finance industry.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficiency in using accounting and auditing software.
9. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
