Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Audit Manager to oversee and manage the audit engagements for our clients, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of service delivery. This role involves managing our audit team, liaising with clients, and contributing to the overall execution of audit strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a variety of audit engagements with a focus on financial services, technology, or consumer industries.
• Plan and administer audit processes including the preparation and finalization of audit reports.
• Review and analyze financial statements and ensure they comply with legal requirements and GAAP.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff, including providing on-the-job training and feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring high levels of service.
• Identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement in clients' processes and controls.
• Collaborate with other managers and partners to enhance audit methodologies and contribute to internal projects.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable professional standards and firm-related quality control mechanisms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within a Big 4 or other large accounting firm.
• Comprehensive understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a team of accounting professionals.
