We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who possesses a strong background in auditing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of audit functions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
As our Audit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Planning, executing, and overseeing the full audit cycle, including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness and financial reliability.
2. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards within the financial industry.
3. Managing and developing a team of auditors, providing them with guidance, and ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
4. Preparing and presenting reports that reflect the audit's results and documenting the process.
5. Identifying loopholes and recommending risk aversion measures and cost savings.
6. Conducting follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
7. Engaging in continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Proven experience as an Audit Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
2. CPA certification is required.
3. Experience with high net worth auditing is essential.
4. In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices.
5. Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
6. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
7. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
8. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly and concisely.
10. High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
