Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the planning and execution of audit engagements, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with the latest professional standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between the firm and clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Review audit workpapers and financial statements for completeness and accuracy.
• Mentor and develop audit staff through direct coaching and overseeing their professional development.
• Lead discussions and presentations at client meetings and board presentations.

• Primarily oversee audit engagements supplemented by some review and compilation

engagement oversight

• Special consideration will be given to those candidates who have a specific

specialization, such as governmental auditing, business valuation certification, etc.

• Oversee and assist with staff development through direct on the job coaching
