In this role, you will lead and manage audit projects, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and assist clients in achieving their financial goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive audit projects.
• Provide expert guidance and supervision to audit team members.
• Ensure audit projects comply with state and federal regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Prepare and analyze intricate financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the audit department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA designation is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm, with proven managerial experience.
