As a Audit Manager (Hybrid), you will play a critical role in our organization's success. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our audit function, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. This position offers a unique blend of in-office and remote work, providing flexibility while also fostering teamwork and collaboration.

- Manage and oversee the entire audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Supervise and guide audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including A-133.
- Evaluate internal controls and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare and present audit findings to senior management, providing insightful and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual external audit process.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive audit program that addresses all areas of risk.
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in regulations, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our audit function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, with a preference for experience in public accounting.
- Demonstrated experience with A-133 compliance.
- Proven staff leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency with audit software and other relevant technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office work.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical standards.
