Requirements:
· Extremely detail oriented and high level of professionalism.
· Broad Industry technical experience is required with knowledge on technical trends and system development is required.
· Excellent organizational skills
· Written, verbal and comprehension skills in English
· High School diploma or Associates Degree Preferred
· Ability to collaborate across diverse communication styles

· Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.

· Proven internal and external customer service experience

Responsibilities:
· Research and focus on emerging technologies that would add value to our clients.
· Support the product development process by identifying and developing new rental and services.
· Support the management of rental inventory from purchase to disposal.
· Ability to present to the established product team to help solicit, document, and develop new product ideas.
· Lead the technical and sales training effort to maximize product effectiveness and profitability.
· Assist in product launches and interface with marketing team to communicate new offerings internally and externally.
