We are currently seeking an Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of legal matters. The successful candidate will have a diverse knowledge base in areas such as trial practice, insurance law, civil litigation, legal research, legal writing, and employment law. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a variety of legal matters including but not limited to insurance law, employment law, and civil litigation.
2. Represent the organization in court proceedings, hearings, and trials, demonstrating strong trial practice skills.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal instruments, showcasing exceptional legal writing skills.
5. Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure legal compliance and risk management.
6. Develop and deliver training to the organization on legal matters to promote legal awareness and compliance.
7. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact the organization and advise accordingly.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a strong background in trial practice, insurance law, civil litigation, legal research, legal writing, and employment law.
4. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret laws, regulations, and complex legal documents.
5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve legal disputes effectively and efficiently.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate legal strategies and concepts to non-legal personnel.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
9. Proficient in legal research software and other related technology.
