Attorney

We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Attorney with a strong background in Family and Employment Law. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who can provide legal advice and services with unyielding professionalism and integrity. The Attorney will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to, Family Law, Employment Law, Labor Law, Divorce Law, and Custody Law. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal industry with a focus on the areas of law mentioned above.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal advice and representation to clients in court proceedings and in front of government agencies.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
3. Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
4. Advise clients about their legal rights and responsibilities, as well as suggest courses of action in business and personal matters.
5. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
6. Specialize in specific legal fields including family law, employment law, labor law, divorce law, and custody law.
7. Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
8. Work closely with a team of lawyers and paralegals, and coordinate with outside legal counsel.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on Family Law and Employment Law.
3. Must be a member in good standing with the local State Bar Association.
4. Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
8. Demonstrated proficiency in legal research tools and software.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts.
