Associate Attorney needed for growing Workers' Compensation Defense firm within the Los Angeles area. Requirement of 4-5 years of workers' compensation experience and good standing with the State Bar of CA.

This is a full-time remote role for a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney at the Law Office of Joe Mobassernia, P.C. The Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney will be responsible for handling workers' compensation cases, including reviewing and assessing claims, investigating accidents, representing clients in hearings and trials, and negotiating settlements. The Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney will also provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding workers' compensation laws and regulations.


Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar association
Minimum of 4 years of experience in workers' compensation defense
Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience with case management software and legal research tools
