Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage assurance engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engagements within established timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct risk assessments, develop audit plans, and execute audit procedures.
  • Review financial statements, reports, and workpapers for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to professional standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality service.
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting and auditing standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and up-to-date • expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client advisory groups to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Assist in business development efforts, including proposal writing, networking, and building client relationships.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA certification is required.
  • Significant experience in assurance services, including audits, reviews, and compilations.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and auditing procedures.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
