Key Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Litigation experience, preferably in real estate law
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Utah.
• A track record of demonstrating initiative, integrity, and the ability to work in a remote environment.
