Associate Project Manager (Multi-Family)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or a similar field of study
• 5+ years of experience in Multi-Family ground-up construction with a GC
• 3+ years of start-to-finish project experience
• Start-to-finish experience on projects greater than $50M

Project Details:

• Ground-up Multi-family build of 400 units, garden style
• Wood framing
• Pre-cast garage
• This role will work at the project site most days
