We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in various areas of law, including Litigation, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Legal Documents, Legal Research, and Legal Writing. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and settlements
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various areas of law, including civil, commercial, and family law
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve successful outcomes for our clients
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal professionals on complex legal projects
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect our clients
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 2+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Litigation, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Legal Documents, Legal Research, and Legal Writing
• Proven experience in trial litigation is a must
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
