Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and necessary training.
2. Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, including water resource engineering, stormwater, and wastewater management.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time and within budget.
4. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resources.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, maintaining the highest level of safety and quality.
6. Effectively manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and solutions as required.
7. Foster a positive working environment, encouraging creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
8. Prepare and present reports on project status, progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water resource engineering, stormwater, and wastewater management.
3. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
8. Proficient in using engineering software and tools.
9. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
