Associate Director of IT -- Netsuite

My client has a proprietary technology platform that is the tool of choice for many of the largest companies across the globe in retail, hospitality, lodging, gaming, sports and entertainment, foodservice, education, healthcare and financial services. Strong experience in the administration and optimization of Netsuite and other business applications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in progressively responsible IT leadership roles
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and emerging technologies
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and compliance standards
Experience with Zendesk a plus
Project management experience and certification (PMP, ITIL) is a plus
Other applications a plus (365, ERP, CRM etc.)
