We seek a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes legal matters, providing comprehensive legal support to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, product liability, complex commercial litigation, and estate planning. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload, including personal injury, product liability, complex commercial litigation, and estate planning.
2. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
4. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and arguments.
5. Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure they sound legal.
6. Provide legal advice to clients, presenting complex legal matters clearly and concisely.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met and exceeded.
8. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide the most accurate legal advice.
9. Participate in professional development activities to maintain current knowledge of legal trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an attorney, focusing on personal injury law, product liability, complex commercial litigation, and estate planning.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload.
5. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients clearly and understandably.
7. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve the best client outcomes.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
