Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues, using every resource at your disposal.
3. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
4. Draft, review, and file a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
5. Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and evidence in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
6. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, striving for the most favorable terms possible.
7. Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and other parties to ensure that all case-related information is shared and understood.
8. Stay abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact our clients and our practice.
9. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and processes in a clear, understandable way.
10. Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics at all times.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Litigation.
4. Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and precedents.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts and strategies effectively.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
