Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and driven Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment, where you will play a critical role in providing legal services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in personal injury, workers compensation, depositions, WCAB hearings, and AME/QME review.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for:

• Defending all levels of depositions (witnesses, parties, experts)
• Professional correspondence is a MUST
• Negotiations
• Preparing for and conducting depositions, WCAB hearings, and AME/QME reviews.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and public speaking skills.
