Wanted: Hybrid Litigation Associate Attorney at our Boise location.

Are you looking to join a fast-growing, full-service legal team, with excellent growth opportunities? We are looking for an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team! You will be involved in transactional work as needed and you will resolve legal disputes within our practice areas and manage litigation cases. You will also interact with our clients, attend hearings, and participate in court and jury trials, plus take depositions, draft documents and pleadings, and negotiate settlements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with exceptional academics
• 3+ years of practice with an emphasis on litigation
• Current Idaho Bar License, CLE compliance, and good standing status
• Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work for either Boise, ID 83702
• Exceptional communication and people skills both in person and phone
• Work as a team member with all staff members
• Robust writing skills and legal research
• Draft pleadings and documents with only minimal editing/formatting needed.
• Participate in professional networking opportunities
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives
• Able to commute to our Twin Falls and Boise locations
