We specialize in personal injury cases, particularly those involving plaintiffs and trucking accidents. As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and analysis to support personal injury cases, particularly those involving plaintiffs and trucking accidents
• Drafting and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials
• Conducting negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance companies to achieve favorable settlements for clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Managing a caseload of personal injury cases, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and support staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, particularly with personal injury plaintiffs and trucking accidents
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to apply legal principles to complex factual scenarios
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to advocate persuasively on behalf of clients
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated success in negotiating favorable settlements and achieving successful outcomes for clients
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
