We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated Permanent Associate Attorney to join our thriving law firm. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and development.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and editing a wide range of legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and legal opinions.
3. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
4. Managing all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
5. Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations.
6. Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and arguments.
7. Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and expert witnesses.
8. Staying updated with the latest legal trends, regulations, and precedents that may affect our clients and their cases.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in personal injury law.
4. Proficiency in legal research and writing, with a strong ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
5. Demonstrated experience in litigation, including trial preparation and court appearances.
6. An excellent understanding of personal injury law and related legal proceedings.
7. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for our clients.
8. Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
9. A high level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
10. A client-focused approach, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
