Our law firm is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, primarily focusing on personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate will be a trial lawyer with a strong background in litigation and a proven track record of success. Our firm is committed to providing the highest quality legal services to our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our dedication to justice and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation cases.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including complaints, motions, and memorandums of law.
• Advise and represent clients in cases involving personal injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in a manner that is in the best interest of the client.
• Conduct thorough case research and investigation to identify relevant issues and develop strong arguments.
• Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
• Provide legal advice to clients and advise on necessary actions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
• Keep abreast of legal developments, new laws, and regulations in order to anticipate potential impacts on clients and adjust legal strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a trial lawyer, with a focus on personal injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases.
• Strong experience in civil litigation.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to clients.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and settling cases.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly ethical and committed to professionalism.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
