Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Associate Attorney to join our thriving legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide array of complex and challenging corporate securities and capital markets matters. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, resourceful, and self-motivated professional with a strong commitment to excellence. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in the legal industry and an active membership in the California State Bar.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate securities and capital markets matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including securities disclosures, prospectus supplements, underwriting agreements, and other related documents.
3. Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues related to capital markets transactions, including IPOs, private placements, and other securities offerings.
4. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of developments in corporate securities and capital markets law.
5. Represent the firm and its clients in court, at administrative hearings, and in other legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active membership in the California State Bar.
3. Minimum of three years of experience as an attorney in the legal industry with a focus on corporate securities and capital markets.
4. Proven track record of handling complex legal matters related to corporate securities and capital markets.
5. Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
