Job Details:
Our law firm seeks a dynamic and motivated Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in the legal industry. The successful candidate will be involved in handling a diverse range of commercial litigation matters, civil litigation, and commercial litigation.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

1. Managing a full caseload, including taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, discovery and motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiation.
2. Representing clients in court or before government agencies.
3. Performing legal research, analyzing legal documents for accuracy, and maintaining case files.
4. Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations.
5. Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases.
6. Presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation.
7. Negotiating settlements of civil disputes.
8. Working collaboratively with senior attorneys to formulate legal strategies.
9. Maintaining professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of the latest developments in law and the specific practice area.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you should possess the following:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 1-5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney.
4. Proven experience in commercial litigation and civil litigation.
5. Excellent analytical skills and a solid ability to draft and review legal documents, manage multiple cases, and oversee legal assistants.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and disputes.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.
