We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual with a strong background in estate planning, probate, and litigation. As an Associate Attorney, you will be instrumental in providing strategic legal counsel to our clients, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes, and safeguarding their interests. Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal counsel in the areas of estate planning, probate, and litigation.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate applications.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, as necessary.
4. Conduct thorough legal research to stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on case progress and legal advice.
6. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure a seamless service delivery.
7. Participate in business development initiatives to attract new clients and strengthen the firm's reputation in the legal community.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an attorney, with a focus on estate planning, probate, and litigation.
3. Active member in good standing with the state bar.
4. Proven track record of representing clients in complex legal matters.
5. Exceptional legal research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
7. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
