Job Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a diverse range of cases and legal issues, from personal injury and medical malpractice to estates and trusts law. You will be part of a team that prides itself on delivering excellent legal services and maintaining a supportive and collegial work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to automobile law, personal injury law, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workers' compensation, business and commercial law, criminal law, family law, estates and trusts law, real estate law, and complex litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis of laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Develop case strategies and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trial as necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an attorney.
• Proven experience in automobile law, personal injury law, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workers' compensation, business and commercial law, criminal law, family law, estates and trusts law, real estate law, and complex litigation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong ethical and professional standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
