Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including but not limited to:
1. Managing a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
3. Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis to inform case strategy.
5. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. An active member of the Florida Bar.
2. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
3. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
4. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining a high level of productivity.
