Job Details:
We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity to engage in a high level of substantive, complex, and challenging legal work. The successful candidate will work directly with senior attorneys and clients in a busy, client-focused, team-oriented environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of litigation matters, including Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Trial Litigation. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery in matters involving Civil and Commercial Litigation.
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case initiatives.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda.
• Provide legal advice to clients and work collaboratively with other attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Manage a large caseload and ensure deadlines are met while adhering to firm policies and procedures.
• Attend court appearances, argue motions, and participate in trial on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar.
• A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, specifically in Civil Litigation and Commercial Litigation.
• Strong experience in drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation.
• Exceptional skills in legal research and writing are a must.
• Proficiency in using legal software and technology for case management, research, and litigation support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases simultaneously.
• Commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-stress scenarios.
• Proven track record of dedication to excellent client service and advocacy.
