Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. CA license needed
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a business transactional attorney, with a focus on nonprofit organizations , tax-exempt matters OR charitable giving, OR estate planning.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical, actionable legal advice.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully resolving complex business transactions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
  • A passion for providing high-quality legal support and a dedication to client satisfaction.
