Our law firm is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse case load that includes construction and insurance litigation. This role demands a high level of professional ethics, a dedication to client service, and a deep understanding of legal principles and practices. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a diverse caseload involving construction and insurance litigation, including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court.
2. Providing legal advice to clients and advising them about their legal rights and obligations.
3. Conducting legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
4. Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
5. Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop strategies for complex legal issues.
6. Maintaining high standards of professional conduct and ethics.
7. Building relationships with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives.
8. Staying updated on current legislation and legal developments relevant to our practice.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar.
3. 3 to 5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney with a focus on construction and insurance litigation.
4. Proven experience representing plaintiffs in legal proceedings.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively in the face of legal challenges.
7. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
8. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
