Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial and Civil Litigation, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical malpractice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a broad range of complex litigation matters, providing critical support to our clients and contributing to our firm's ongoing success.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
2. Handle a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
3. Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on potential litigation and dispute resolution matters.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and advise clients on potential risks and outcomes.
5. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
6. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
7. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of cases.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends, applying this knowledge to current cases and legal strategies.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, the candidate must possess the following:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on Commercial Litigation and complex Civil Litigation.
4. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with medical malpractice cases.
5. Proven experience in managing all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
6. Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues and develop effective strategies and solutions.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
