Associate Attorney

Our firm is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in labor and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling Title VII Matters and should be a member of the Minnesota Bar. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including Title VII Matters.

2. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.

3. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures.

4. Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda on various labor and employment law issues.

5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely and accurate updates on their cases.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the Minnesota Bar.

3. A minimum of 5-12 years of labor and employment experience, with a focus on Title VII Matters.

4. Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
