We are seeking a highly motivated Permanent Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior attorneys and provide legal support to our clients. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analyze cases to provide legal advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings.
• Attend meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements on their behalf.
• Participate in the development of legal strategy and assist in the preparation of cases for trial.
• Manage a caseload and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate and complete case files and documents.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
