Our law firm is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a variety of personal injury cases, ranging from minor to catastrophic injuries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plaintiff personal injury law, litigation, trial, legal research, legal writing, civil litigation, and commercial litigation. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field, with a specific focus on personal injury law.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in all aspects of personal injury litigation, from initiation to trial.
2. Conduct legal research and fact investigation for personal injury cases.
3. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
4. Engage in negotiations to reach amicable resolutions for clients.
5. Develop litigation strategies and present cases in court.
6. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case theories and plans.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law, court decisions, and legal trends.
8. Provide legal counsel to clients, explaining legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes.
9. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
4. Proven experience in plaintiff personal injury, litigation, trial, legal research, legal writing, civil litigation, and commercial litigation.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management skills.
9. Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
11. A strong sense of professional ethics and a commitment to client confidentiality.
