We seek a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Permanent Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney looking to take their career to the next level by handling complex and challenging legal matters in various areas. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work on multiple cases, including Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Power of Attorney, Probate, and Real Estate Law.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in various areas of law, including but not limited to Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Power of Attorney, Probate, and Real Estate Law.
2. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
4. Conduct legal research to support a legal proceeding, initiate legal action, or develop a defense.
5. Help clients to resolve legal disputes.
6. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
7. Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
8. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position must have:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. A current license to practice law.
3. At least three years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with a strong focus on Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Power of Attorney, Probate, and Real Estate Law.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong written and oral communication skills.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and accommodate rush requests.
7. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
8. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
