We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for advocacy and a commitment to excellence in the field of personal injury law. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload and have significant client interaction, offering a unique opportunity to develop litigation skills and gain extensive courtroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court.
• Perform legal research and provide legal analysis for clients on matters pertaining to personal injury claims.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of the client.
• Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling personal injury claims such as auto accidents, slip and fall accidents, and workers' compensation.
• Proficient in MS Office and case management software.
