Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters, including commercial litigation, bankruptcy law, real estate law, personal injury law, and estate planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload from start to finish, working closely with our senior attorneys, and providing top-notch legal services to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal support to clients in various areas including commercial litigation, bankruptcy law, real estate law, personal injury law, and estate planning.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents ensuring full legal compliance.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil or criminal litigation.
• Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals, ensuring effective communication and coordination on various legal matters.
• Stay updated with the latest legal trends, laws, and regulations applicable to our practice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Proficient in legal research and writing, with a strong ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
• Proven experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy law, real estate law, personal injury law, and estate planning.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to think strategically and make sound legal arguments.
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
