Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality legal services to their diverse client base, and they are looking for a talented attorney to contribute to their continued success in commercial litigation.

Responsibilities:

Case Management:

Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Client Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Provide timely and comprehensive updates on case developments.
Work collaboratively with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Court Representation:
Represent clients in state and federal courts in Tennessee.
Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings.
Present oral arguments effectively and persuasively.

Negotiation and Settlement:
Negotiate settlements when appropriate, always acting in the best interests of the client.
Draft settlement agreements and other related documents.

Legal Research and Analysis:
Stay current on legal developments and precedents relevant to commercial litigation.
Provide legal opinions and analysis to support case strategies.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff members to ensure efficient case management.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the firm's overall success.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in Tennessee.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively.
Courtroom experience, including trials and motions practice.
