We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you will play a critical role in handling complex legal issues. You will be working closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to provide legal services to our clients, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court. Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, and motions.
  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and negotiations.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure effective case management.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
  • Participating in business development activities to attract and retain clients.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in law and legal practice to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be an active member in good standing with the state bar.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an attorney, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and terminology.
  • Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and technology.
