Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with the California Bar and have 1 - 3 years of experience practicing litigation in California. Excellent writing and organizational skills are a must. We offer immediate client contact and case-handling responsibility. Duties and responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions; propounding and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; and assuming significant responsibility and case management from inception through trial.
